Obituary of Eleanor M. Ritz

Scottsville-Passed away on August 1, 2020, at age 87. Predeceased by her loving husband of 68 years, Frederick; her siblings Alice, Dorothy (William and Richard), brother-in-law Tom Hanley & grandson Peter Hallinean; nephews, Edward & Stephen Ritz. Survived by her sister Carol Hanley; children Nora (Robert) Relyea, William (Michele Coe), Lynette (Martin) Hallinean, Margaret Wetzel & Patricia Ritz; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; many nieces & nephews; in-laws Deborah Ritz & Keith Wetzel.
She was a loving wife, mother, granny, great- granny, and is sorely missed. She was a wonderful homemaker who loved to quilt, garden, sew and cook. She had an infectious laugh, a good sense of humor, and loved to sing silly songs.
Our greatest appreciation to the nurses & staff at St. John’s Home, especially her family on S-4.
