Obituary of James Hugh Dann

James passed away September 20, 2012 at the age of 91. Predeceased by a brother, Joseph. Surviving are; sister-in-law, Yolanda Dann; nephew, Joseph (Loren) Dann and their daughter Heather; Jack Dengler and several cousins. James was a veteran of WWII having served in the Engineer Corps in the South Pacific under the command of General MacArthur in Australia and the Philippines. Following the war James went to New York City where he was part of the Actors Guild and also was tutored in voice. For a number of years James was the soloist for Holy Redeemer Choir. He was a retiree of the research lab at Kodak. No prior calling. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 AM at St Anne Church (1600 Mt. Hope Ave.) Interment: Private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in James' memory.
