Suddenly, on September 20, 2012 at age 62 with Dianne by his side. He is predeceased by his parents, Roy and Mary Smith. Survived by his wife, Dianne (Cullather) Smith; sisters, Donna Smith, Ann Margaret Rodak; brothers, William (Laura) Smith, Michael Smith; sister in law, Deborah (Martin) Campanella, brother in law, Brian (Amy) Cullather, many nieces, nephews and close friends that he so dearly loved. Otto was an avid golfer and hockey player. His teams of choice for baseball and football were the N.Y. Yankees and the N.Y. Giants.
