Suddenly on December 03, 2012 at age 23. Predeceased by his grandfather, Richard Dale; his great-grandmothers, Theresa Beauchamp & Arlene Fraser. JR is survived by father, Edward (Theresa) Fraser; his mother, Cynthia Dale; his siblings, Arlene, Ashley and Alyssa Fraser, Brianna and Kerri Hicks; his grandmothers, Dianne (John) Weezorak, Eleanor Hembree & Lois HanVey; his uncle, Edward "John" Kellogg; his niece, Audreu Boncaro; his cousins, Dennis Allen and Madison Kellogg. Family and friends may call SUNDAY, 2-4 and 6-9 PM at Miller Funeral Homes (3325 Winton Road South).
