Obituary of Gloria Hanson

On January 5, 2013 at age 72 following a long illness. Predeceased by her mother, Sally Ward; daughter, Jennifer Hanson. Survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Bruce; children, Jeffrey (Melissa) Hanson & Jana (Darrin) McCormick; grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Brittany & Chase Hanson, Ryan & Emily Gray & Zachary McCormick; 99 year old father, William Richard Ward. Faye was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved golfing, skiing, dancing to 50's music and listening to Johnny Mathis. She enjoyed many simple pleasures in life, Carolina Beach's, popcorn, Pepsi, Starbucks caramel latte with extra whip & drizzle. Most of all, Faye loved time with her grandchildren.
