Obituary of Eleanor C. Ericson

Eleanor passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the age of 95. Predeceased by; husbands William A. Guthrie, Lambert A. Adams and Marvin F. Ericson; son, John C. Guthrie. Surviving are; her children, Celeste “Barbara” (William) Brock, Marilyn (Richard) Buxton, Marsha E. Guthrie, Janice Rimer. Eleanor was born in White Plains, NY, graduated from WPHS and attended business school for post graduate studies. She worked for the City of White Plains and Union Carbide before joining IBM where she worked for 25 years (Senior Secretary Specialist). No prior calling. A memorial service will be held SATURDAY at 1:00 PM in the Interfaith Chapel at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South). Interment; Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Eleanor’s name may be directed to Henrietta United Church of Christ Memorial Fund, 1400 Lehigh Station Road, Henrietta, NY 14467.
