Predeceased by his parents George and Leona Lewis; survived by his children, Jamie (Shawn) Bennett, Lorna-Lee (Joe) Gingo, James (Teara) Lewis, Raven (Guy) Roper, and Nicholas (Sherri) Lewis; wife, Patricia; sisters, Mary Ellen (Jim) Warney, Carol Ann Paul; brothers, George "Butch" (Debra) Lewis, Kevin (Sherri) Lewis and Gary Lewis; grandchildren, Isabella, Alyssa, Hayley, Adrianna, Brayden, Madison, Zackarya, Tyler, Taylor, and Briana; several special nieces and nephews.
