Obituary of Rachel V. Cummings

Rachel V. Cummings Passed away February 9, 2013 at age 98. She was predeceased by her husband, Jay (1979) and son Jay Joseph (1999). She is survived by her sons, James C. (Nancy) of the Villages, FL and Jonathan P. (Haydee) of Costa Rica; grandchildren, Kimberly (Matt) Colegrove, Michelle (Christian) Wandtke, Eric Cummings, Laurie (Dave) Re, Lea Arcoleo; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, John (Katherine) Vivlamore; sister, Betty Chouinard; nieces, nephews and many friends. Rachel was born in Malone, New York on April 20, 1914, the daughter of Clarence H. and Eva Mae (Mitchell) Vivlamore. She graduated from Saranac Lake High School in 1933 and married Jay H. Cummings on June 20, 1942. Family and friends are invited to call on THURSDAY 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc., 3325 Winton Road South. Rachel’s Funeral Service will be held on FRIDAY at 9AM in the All Seasons Chapel of White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford (Click for a Map to the Cemetery), with interment to follow.
