March 15, 2013. He is predeceased by his daughter, Alisa Pernaselli. Survived by his wife of 55 years, Rita (Madalena) Pernaselli; brother, Arthur (Ellen) Pernaselli; brother in law, Richard Madalena; niece, Mary Ellen Pernaselli and nephew, John (Cathy) Pernaselli. Alex was an avid golfer and bowler. He was a 40 year member of the Penfield-Perinton Kiwanis, and worked in sales for WBBF & WHAM.
