Obituary of Eugene Frank Lanyi

Geno passed away Monday, March 18th, 2013 unexpectedly in Florida. Pre-deceased by his wife, Elsa, in 2010 and siblings Rudy, Anna and Vilma. Survived by his 3 children, Eleanor (Martin) DelGallego, Elva (Scot) Parker and Ed (Valerie) Lanyi; grandchildren, Armando (Jenna) DelGallego, Brian & Cory Parker and Mitchell, Kristen & Jacob Lanyi; great-grandchildren, Camryn, Brendan & DJ; nieces, nephews, brother David, sisters Joan and Marjorie, and many special friends, including his brother-in-law, Joel, whom he was visiting in Florida. Family and friends are invited to call Friday, April 5th 6-9 PM at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South). Geno’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 6th at 9AM at Guardian Angels Church (2061 E. Henrietta Road). Interment at the convenience of the family.
