Obituary of Sally A. Tremayne

Sally was born Sabina Ann Mack in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She moved with her family at the age of 3 to Albion, New York. She entered into rest Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert after 67 years of marriage and infant granddaughter Lisa Ann Hoffman. Also predeceased by her parents, Anna (Federowich) and Joseph Mack; sisters, Mary Morgan, Agnes Sedlowski, Victoria Bella, Josephine Petkus, Julia "Connie" Guldenschuh, Helen Jankowski; brothers, Frank, Louis, and Kasmer Mack. Surviving are; her daughter, Joan T. Hoffman and husband David of Rush; grandchildren, Robert and his wife Becky of Rochester, Mark and his wife Renee and great-granddaughter Erin-Leigh Hoffman of Geneseo, also many nieces, nephews and cousins. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Avon Nursing Home for their loving care. Friends may call Monday from 12:00-2:00 PM at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc.
