Obituary of George F. Frey Esq.

George F. Frey, Esq. Passed away peacefully on April 23, 2013 at age 93. A loving husband, father and grandfather. He was predeceased by his wife, Bernice Baybutt Frey. He is survived by his children, Peter Upton Frey (Patty Frey), Paul Baybutt Frey & Susan E. Frey-Hyland (Kevin Hyland); granddaughters, Elizabeth Frey & Cecelia Frey; several nieces, nephews and many friends. George was a graduate of Albany Law School and practiced law for many years in Rochester. He received an award from the Monroe County Bar Association for 50 years of service to the Rochester Community. He was Sgt. in the US Army during World War II, serving in the European Theater. George was a long time member of the B.P.O.E., lodge #24 and the Country Club of Rochester. The family would like to thank George’s many caregivers for their loving wonderful care of our father. Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
