Bill was a great guy to work with. His sense of humor made a serious and tedious job fun. He had a great work ethic and was also able to laugh and make other around him laugh. He will be greatly missed. Our hearts go out to his family.

To the William Giroux Family:
I talked to some of you a few times with the hopes of Bill coming back to us as himself. We will never know why, who or what decides these fates. All one can do is to let you know you are not alone at this time of pain and sorrow. Bill was a great colleague and friend. He will be missed and never forgotten.
Our sincere condolences,
The Thomas Soanes Family

Our hearts break with your familys in the lose of Bill. It has been a while since I have seen him but our familes were practically one when our children were younger and in baseball and scouts. Take comfort in knowing, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8) and there is no doubt in my mind that Bill is there now. We miss him for now but look forward to joining him when we are called too. You are all in our Prayers. The Martone's (Adam, Dan, Gene)

My Dear Life Friend Bill,
I will miss you. It has been a few years since we talked, but you have still been in my thoughts. We were friends when we were young and had great aspirations of a loving family and professional dreams. Wayne, you and I worked together and talked about someday having families and our life’s dreams of when we “grew up”. We all grew up and were blessed with wonderful lives with wonderful families and experiences. Now Wayne and you have passed way too soon and I will miss my life friends so much. May you watch down on your family and guide their lives in happiness and health.

Maureen and Family,
I can't begin to express the sadness I feel at Bill's passing. He and I worked closely together the last few years and I can truly say that he was one of the hardest working people that I have ever met. His dedication to quality, commitment to always doing the right thing no matter what, and his persuasive manner will forever be with me. He is sorely missed. His work legacy lives on through those of us who worked with him these last few years, as we are, as we like to frequently say, 'Bill tested tough'.

Maureen, Giroux Children and families,
I am very sorry for your loss. Bill was a friend and co-worker. My fondest memory was Bill’s exact planning of the drive out west. He had every detail planned, and every day he talked about them. Well things did not go as planned, but Bill had a fun. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you

I'm deeply saddened by the news of Bill's passing. My limited interaction with Bill centered around a few work projects in the past and close collaboration on a recent project over the past month or so. I very much enjoyed working with Bill. He was always professional, helpful, cooperative, knowledgeable and creative, and his good natured attitude and calm friendly demeaner made even the most challenging tasks fun. His passing is a great loss for the company and he will be sorely missed. My condolences to family and friends. May you find comfort in your faith and in your fond memories of such a fine man.

Moe,
Bill was your "True North" and he will always be with you showing you the right direction to take today and into your tomorrows. The love you two shared was such a special gift and will forever live in my heart.
My dear Katie, Danny, and Dougie,
Your father was an incredible man with a heart of gold. His unselfish, caring disposition will be a role model for all to follow. He was a hero to many and instilled such wisdom, kindness, and laughter to all.
I will forever miss him....

Please accept my deepest sympathy on Bill's passing. I worked with him for many years at Kodak. He was always good for an opinion, a bad joke, hard work, and a listening ear when needed. He made an impression on everyone he met and leaves behind many saddened colleagues. He will be greatly missed.

Sitting next to Bill in an office setting for several years showed me a lot about the kind of person he was. He was not only a hard-working and conscientious employee, but also a good teammate with a gregarious personality. It was very obvious that Bill loved and enjoyed his family. He always had a story to tell about the kids in school or a past vacation or family memory.
Bill will be sorely missed!
Deepest condolences to the family.

Please accept my sincerest condolences and prayers to all of Bill’s close and extended family. This is such sad news as it came as a shock to me. I will miss Bill with his ever smiling face, positive attitude, and dry wit jokes. Bill was a close working colleague of mine from the old Kodak days and into his Exelis career and I will remember him always.
May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you in these most difficult times, the memory of him will always be in our hearts.
