Obituary of Mary Menzie

Mary (Knickerbocker) Menzie Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the age of 75, at home after a long battle with cancer. Predeceased by her husband, Douglas and grandson, Gil. Survived by sons, Robert (Mary), Andrew (Beth), Alex (Theresa); four grandchildren; two step grandchildren; brother, Paul; and nieces, nephew, many cousins. Mary was a longtime and active member of Christ Episcopal Church of Pittsford, Historic Pittsford, Landmark Society of Western NY, Pittsford Greenbelt Association, Opera Theater of Rochester, Mercury Opera Company. The family wishes to extend its deepest thanks to all those who helped care for Mary during her illness, as well as those who held her in their thoughts and prayers. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 14 at 11 AM, Christ Episcopal Church located at 36 South Main Street, Pittsford, New York. Click here for a map to the Church.
