Norma C. Betron, MD Passed away on September 29, 2013 at age 72. She is survived by her children, Michael, Sebold & Pamela Torno; siblings, Stanley, Marinius, Elmer, Sarah, Sandra & Lana Betron; many nieces, nephews and friends.
