We had a conversation once when we were at a family event. It was about how you said you only thought hunting deer or fishing was good only to keep the meat to use as food to live. When I went hunting for the first time and shot a deer I experienced how you felt. I felt mixed feelings when I shot that deer. I felt good as I can feed my family and I felt bad as I have killed a living being. I told you I related to what you had to say and it brings tears to my eyes remembering this conversation. You were so kind and understanding and I will miss you. ~Charlie Gustke

Uncle George, you will be missed. Our July 4th picnics will not be the same without your appreciation for the company of everyone attending or regaling us with stories from your interesting life. With love, Mark, Cathy & Anne Marie.
