On November 27, 2010 at age 75. He is survived by his wife Joan (Krause) Jobes; their children, Timothy (Darlene) Jobes, David (Clarinda) Jobes & Brenda (Jeff) Jobes; brother, Jeffrey (Barbara) Jobes; sister, Gloria (Jack) VanDusen; grandchildren, Melissa, Theresa & Jeremie Jobes, Clayton Knowlton, Morgan (Jim) Bischoff, Shawntel & Paul Gasser; 2 great grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law, Lois Reese, Edward (Dorothy) Krause, Robert (Michele) Krause & Ruth Jobes; many nieces, nephews & cousins
A Veteran of the U.S. Navy who worked in the burglar & fire alarm business for over 40 years. Ray is a life member of the Kiwanis Club; an avid ham radio operator (WB2AFQ), who also enjoyed camping & photography. Ray was a licensed pilot and most recently was active volunteering with the Greater Rochester Soap Box Derby.
Family and friends are invited to call on WEDNESDAY, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Miller Funeral Homes (3325 Winton Road So.) Funeral services will be celebrated in the Interfaith Chapel at the funeral home on THURSDAY, 10 AM. Interment, Honeoye Falls Cemetery.
