Obituary of Darrell R. Hale

Darrell passed away March 14, 2014 after a hard fought battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Raymond & Thelma Hale; sister, Sharon Treat all of Oakfield, NY. Survived by his soul mate & love of his life, Kay Dunigan (Paige) & the children they shared, John (Shari) Paige, David (Adriana) Paige, James (Amanda) Paige & Theresa Wilson; 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Darlene (Donald) Hagen of Hubert, NC & several nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his dear friend & best fishing buddy, Butch Every. Along with many friends from the Moose Lodge. A special thank you to Annette Buda & Jean D'Aprile for their love, help & kindness. Darrell attended school in Oakfield, NY after which he joined the US Navy where he served 4 years. He worked in real estate but eventually followed his love for cooking.
