April 4, 2014. Predeceased by his wife Helen and daughter Corinne Alden. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Kim (Jim) Creighton; 3 grandchildren, Joey, Jaime Creighton and Jenna Alden; son in-law, Wes Alden. Phil retired from the City of Rochester.
