Obituary of Helen Hagerman

Died peacefully at the Episcopal Church Home on May 18, 2014. She was born in 1924 in Corning. Predeceased by her husband, Stanley. Survived by daughters, Sarah (Joseph) Aguglia of Livonia, NY and Laura (David) Ritt of Medford Lakes, NJ; sister, Louise (Will) Marvin of Manchester, CT; grandchildren, Jake (Jen), Ashley (Eric), Alex, Darcy, and Emmy; and many other friends and family members. After Stanley passed away, Punky moved to Rochester at the end of 2012. She demonstrated poise, grace & strength, adapted very well, made many friends, and was loved by all that met her. The family would like to thank everyone at Brentland Woods and the Episcopal Church Home for showing compassion, care and love to our mother. A Memorial Service will be held at the Church of The Redeemer in Addison, NY on SATURDAY, June 21 at 2:00 PM, a reception will follow.
