Obituary of Raj K. Mangla

Raj Mangla passed away on May 27, 2014, at the age of 68. Born in Muktsar, India, he moved to the United States in 1976 to take a job at Mobil Chemical. In his forty years as a plastics engineer, he authored over two dozen patents and received numerous awards for his professional contributions. A skilled handyman, he purchased and restored houses in his spare time, a pursuit in which he took great pleasure. He is survived by his wife, Kuldip Mangla; his children, Marla (Justin) Pelletier and Ravi Mangla; his grandchildren, Lucas, Clover, and Andre Pelletier; his nephews, Neeraj (Gini) and Shailander (Mary) Mangla; his sister-in-law, Sarla Mangla. Visitation hours will be held on FRIDAY, May 30, between 4 and 8 P.M. at Miller Funeral & Cremation Services (3325 Winton Road). Services will be held on SATURDAY at 10 A.M. at the funeral home.
