Obituary of Ashley Logan Pokracki

Passed away peacefully on October 18, 2014 at age 30 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her parents, Mary Anne & Stanley Pokracki; sister, Sara (Tim Wang) Pokracki; brother, Joshua (Rebecca) Pokracki; fiancé, Michael Ange; nieces, Leigha & Taylor; nephews, Colby & Colton; aunts, uncles, cousins and many loving friends. The Family would like to extend special thanks to her medical teams and nurses at 8-1600 at Strong Memorial Hospital. They are true angels. Also, a big thank you to everyone for their prayers and support. Ashley’s Funeral Mass will be held in St. Pius the Tenth Church (3010 Chili Avenue, Chili) on WEDNESDAY, October 22nd at 10 AM. Entombment, White Haven Memorial Park.
