Obituary of Sarah Frances Wood

Age 94 (10/30/1920) passed after a brief illness. Survived by a loving family numbering 49, including 6 children; Michael (Sandy) Flynn, Aileen (Bruce) Corbett, MaryAnn (Harold) Bush, Margaret Semezko, Nelson (Cathy) Wood, David (Tina) Wood; 12 adoring grandchildren; Mark (Christina) Corbett, Kathryn (Andre) Kuttis, Sean Flynn, Jaime (Drew) Hobbs, Kathleen Bush (Jason Cordiera), Thomas (Lori) Summers, Julie (Fred) Arnold, Sara (Eric Impriano), Jackie Wood, Chris Wood, Jessica (Jon) Benuska & Tim Wood; & 17 great-grand children. Sarah lived in Henrietta, NY with her daughter MaryAnn and son in law Harold Bush. She was an active member of St. Joseph’s Catholic parish in Rush for many years as well as Rush Seniors. Sarah was predeceased by her loving husband Malcolm Wood. She leaves a legacy of love for all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
