Obituary of William L. Bromley

William Leary Bromley, 89 years old, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015. He was predeceased by his mother, Kathryn L. Bromley, sister, Lorraine Bromley, father, William G. Bromley and beloved wife, Nancy R. Bromley. He is survived by his children Kathleen (Lawrence) Bouman, Susan Roscoe, William (Connie Deming) Bromley, Robert Bromley, Anne Bromley and Mary (Brian) Loe; his grandchildren, Brian (Julie Holinga) Hamburg, Alfred IV and Daniel Roscoe, Connie’s son, David Brigham, Dylan Bromley, Kathryn and Theresa Perdue, Benjamin and Elizabeth Loe; and great-granddaughters Caroline and Madeleine Hamburg. He proudly served in the Air Force during WW II. Bill’s entire career was spent selling insurance for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company where he earned Liberty Leaders commendations several times; he was a parishioner at Our Lady of Lourdes for 59 years, a member of Brighton Kiwanis Club and coached Brighton Little League for many years. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, (150 Varinna Dr., Brighton View Map) on SATURDAY (Jan. 31), at 9:30 AM followed by a reception in the church hall. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to a charity of their choice. Our dad was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
