Hazel B. (Potter) Melvin Rochester, NY: Passed away November 10, 2009 at the age of 93. Predeceased by her son, Alan R. Melvin. Survived by daughter, Elaine (Ray) Czymmek; 5 grandchildren, Ray Jr. & Wade Czymmek, Amy McDermott, Keith & Richard "Rick" Melvin; several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends especially, Jeanne Dooney "her twin".
