My heart goes out to all of the Flanigans as I remember your mom and dad with such fondness. The big house on Menlo will always be the Flanigans for me. Hugs

Rita was a fun, witty lady who I got to know on visits to her son Brian in AZ. She always filled our conversations with laughter. She raised 5 wonderful kids that she showered with love & they in turn forward that love to all they befriend. I'm lucky to be Brian (& wife Karen's) friend. Hugs to the whole family, Linda Maus

Flanagan family, what can we say but how loved we felt from and for Rita.
She and Billybob had a special bond.
She will be very missed. Thank you Rita for your wonderful family that continues the love and warmth of you and Eddie.

Rita was a good neighbor on Menlo Place when we first moved to Rochester and a good friend as we got to know each other. May she rest in peace.

My deepest sympathies are with you at this time. I have always admired Mrs. Flanigan and have fond memories of the Flanigan family on Menlo Place and Canandaigua lake.

My heart aches for all of you. Even though we KNOW people do not live forever, their passing still leaves us sad and lonely for their company. You were blessed with a wonderful Mom who was special to everyone she encountered. I will remember her for that dry sense of humor! She surely is safely in Heaven looking after all of you as much as an angel can! XXOO Marge
