Born in Tarnow, Poland, he dedicated his life to his family and went to God having received all the Sacraments. The most loving husband of Ewa Kotas and father of Katarzyna Kotas and Karolina Kotas; grandfather of Alyssa Collier; brother of Krystyna Mroczek (deceased) and Zofia Burkat; uncle of Thomas Burkat and Dr. Paul Burkat; as well as other loving family in the United States and Poland.
