March 27, 1943-April 1, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn K. Tappenden; daughter, Jennifer Tappenden; daughter and son-in-law, Kara and William Neidel, Jr.; grandsons, Collin Neidel and Jayden Neidel; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kenneth Kearns and Martha MacMillen.
