He was predeceased by his parents, Jack Wellington & Wynne Fishbaugh, Sr. Left to mourn is his wife of 36 years, Edwina Fishbaugh; sisters, Carol and Donna; brothers, Gary (Maryanne), Martin, Glen, Tim (Beth) and Dean; step-children, Russell Smith, Kevin Smith & Pastor Denise (Jerome) Bell; grandchildren, Danielle Jackson, Donovan N.
