Thomas Michael O'Brien Henrietta; On November 18, 2009 at age 77. He is predeceased by his wife, Doris. He is survived by his children, Thomas Jr. (Maureen) O'Brien, Honeoye Falls, NY, Maryellen (Curt) Weichman, Elizabeth O'Brien; grandchildren, Summer, Michael, Megan & Katelyn; great-grandchildren, Sean, Cayden & Lillian; sister, Kathleen (Donald) Smith; sister-in-law, Joyce (Lee) Jones; several nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
