Obituary of Jack R. Driskell

July 21, 2015 at the age of 23. He is predeceased by his grandfather, Robert Puskas. Survived by his loving family: mother, Lorna (Puskas) Driskell; sister, Hannah Driskell; brother, Michael Driskell; grandmother, Bernadette Puskas; aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jack achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout and was New York State EMT certified. He previously volunteered for Pittsford Volunteer Ambulance.
