Obituary of Adam E. Bardi

Died October 16, 2015, survived by his children: Kirsten (Eric) Jauch, Suzan Prodrick and David Bardi; grandchildren: David (Christine) Kriwox, Phillip and Alexandria Zaborny, Adam J. (fiancé Laura Rimlinger) Bardi, Benjamin and James Prodrick; great grandchildren: Max, Jacob, Bentley, Gus Kriwox and Amber Rimlinger. Adam was born 7/22/1932 in Cluj, Romania. He emigrated to Rochester, NY in 1956 from Hungary. Adam contributed significantly to the Rochester Engineering community through his Tool and Die businesses Bardi Tool and Die, and Son's Tool and Die. He satisfied hungry palates at the Budapest Restaurant, and sponsored the Hungarian soccer league of Rochester in the 1970's. He loved to play cards and chess with friends, work in his garden and he thought he could sing like Frank Sinatra. After retirement he spent time entertaining friends, swimming daily and hiking with his dog. He was a voracious reader, interested in science and world history.
