Obituary of Honorable Patrick J. Pietropaoli

Honorable Patrick J. Pietropaoli On November 10, 2015 at age 77. He was predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Livia Pietropaoli; brother, John Pietropaoli, Sr. M.D.. Survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Victoria (DiLella) Pietropaoli; children, Tina Pietropaoli, MariBeth Pietropaoli, Marc (Cristina) Pietropaoli M.D., Robert (Gina) Pietropaoli M.D., Rebecca (Thomas, PhD.) Lappas; eight adoring grandchildren, Robert, Alexandra, Marc, Jr., Isabella, Christopher, Rina, Maria, Natalie; sisters-in-law, Sandra Pietropaoli, Johanna Gambino; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. The family wishes to express a special note of gratitude to Dr. Anthony Pietropaoli for his compassionate and loving care. Patrick was a graduate of Aquinas Institute, St. John Fisher College and Syracuse University College of Law. A devoted public servant who served for 31 years as Chili Town Justice as well as Chili Town Attorney. His law career, of 52 years, also included periods of service as Rochester City Court Judge, Greece Town Justice, Ogden Town Justice and Riga Town Justice. He was past president of the Monroe County Magistrates Association and a member of the New York State Magistrates Association. He enjoyed a 42 year membership to Brook-Lea Country Club where he belonged to the Hole in One Club. A long standing parishioner of St. Pius X Church where he served as head usher for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family and loved ones at his lake house in the Finger Lakes. A loyal fan of Syracuse University Athletics, the New York Yankees, Cleveland Browns and New York Rangers. Service and interment private.
