Obituary of William E. Burke

William E. Burke Rochester: Passed away December 19, 2015 at age 81. He was predeceased by his brother and sister-in-law, Bob & Margery Burke. Bill is survived by two nieces and four nephews. He spent most of his adult life in California and retirement in Mexico. Following his military service in the US Air Force, Bill studied political science. After a few years of college teaching, he settled into a career researching US State Laws. He had recently moved to Rochester to be near his nephew, Bill Burke of Brighton.
