Robert D. Cook

Passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2015 at age 62. He was predeceased by his parents, Eunice & Walter Cook; sisters, Wilma Eldridge & Nancy DeMarco. He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Debbie Cook; daughter, Kellie (Chris) Sherron; son, Thomas Cook; adored grandchildren, Patrick & Emily Sherron, Colin & Camron Cook & their mother, Dorann; mother-in-law, Louise MacNeil; brothers, Walter (Joyce) Cook & Norman (Diane) Cook; sisters, Shirley (Jim) Collins, Barbara (Jim) Bork, Kathy (Irv) Brooks; many nieces, nephews and friends

The family wishes to thank the staff of the Henrietta Volunteer Ambulance and the Emergency Department of Rochester General Hospital for their loving and compassionate care.

Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 30th at 11AM in the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park.
