Obituary of James Oates

Passed away on December 31, 2015 at the age of 60 with his family by his side. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Diane; devoted sons, Alan (Tricia) & Joseph (Mona) Oates; adored granddaughter, Ava Edith Oates; parents, Thomas & Lucille Oates; sisters, Diane Guidone & Linda (Jim) Alesi; brother, John Oates; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother and father-in-law, Jacob & Edith Folkman; brother and sister-in-law, Sid and Ilana Ben-Ami; godfather, John Conti. Jim was a proud retiree from the Town of Webster after 35 years of service. He was a kind & loving man who will be dearly missed by all his friends & family.
