Jesse is survived by his parents, David (Margaret) Behr; siblings, Tamara (Kevin) Bellavia, Aaron (Kristen) Behr & Michael Ludlow; nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles & cousins. birth mother, Susan Schwartz. Special thanks to his extended family at Koscielniak ICF in Perry for their loving care. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Thursday, February 25th at The Ascension Garden Chapel, 1900 Pinnacle Road in Henrietta, where Jesse will be interred.
