Obituary of Phyllis Anne Weltzer

February 17, 2016 at the age of 87. She is predeceased by her brothers, Vincent & Howard (Beverly) Weltzer; dear friend, Larry Heusinger & grandniece, Anne Elizabeth Weltzer. Survived by her nieces & nephews, Michael (Lisa) Weltzer, Thomas Weltzer, Mary (Bob) Downard, Susan (Jim) Fitzgerald, Jeanne (Rob) Cerone & June (Tony) Frosino; grandnieces & grandnephews, Katie & Billy Weltzer, Rachael, Jacob & Sarah Cerone, Todd (Melissa) & Brad Downard, Anthony & Michael Frosino; great grandnephews, Harrison, Hudson & Thatcher Downard; also by many cousins and friends. Phyllis was a graduate of Nazareth Academy, a Legal Secretary for several law firms, Secretary for the Music Education Department at Eastman School of Music and a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel and St. Monica's. Visitation will be held on WEDNESDAY (2/24/16) from 3-7 PM at Miller Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South Click Here For Map).
