March 4, 2016. Predeceased by his parents, Paul and Dorothy. Survived by his children, Jennifer (Dan) Champney and Jeffrey Lesnick; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brodie, Alexander and Ronan Champney; brothers, Scott (Darshan), Greg and Brian Lesnick, several nieces and nephews.
