Obituary of Bernard F. Johnson

Bernard F. Johnson "Bern" Rush: Passed away December 6, 2009 at age 86. He was predeceased by his parents, Frederick & Rose Johnson; brother, William Johnson. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor; step-daughters & their husbands, Janet & Michael Sheehan of New Hartford, NY, Ruth & Eric Eichler of Canandaigua, NY; grandchildren, Colleen Sheehan of New York, NY and Kevin & Elisa Sheehan of Saratoga Springs, NY; sisters, Mildred Russo, Joan Jergens; brother, Robert Johnson; cousin, Bernadette & Bob Tuttle; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Bern was a longtime member of St. Joseph's Church in Rush, a faithful Notre Dame football fan and a graduate of Aquinas. The family would like to thank the staff of the Highlands at Brighton Unit C for their wonderful care of Bern. Family and friends are invited to call Thursday 1:00 - 3:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Miller Funeral Homes Inc., 3325 Winton Road South.
