Obituary of John C. Owens

On April 27th 2016 at age 77. Predeceased by his son, Robert Owens. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marie Owens; sons, John Owens, Jr. & Paul (Kathy) Maushart; daughter, Joan (David) Scibetta; grandchildren, Charlene Melvin & Megan Owens, Alex & Thomas Maushart, Mackenzie & Gina Scibetta; sister-in-law, Lorraine Zolezzi; many nieces, nephews and a host of dear friends. John was a dedicated employee at Rochester Psychiatric Center for 32 years holding various nursing positions. He is a Veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the USAF Nursing Corps. John's Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Marianne Cope Parish at Guardian Angels Church (2061 E. Henrietta Rd) THURSDAY, 10 AM. Interment will follow at White Haven Memorial Park.
