So sad to learn of "Auntie Evelyn's" passing. She was my father's (Vince Scura) cousin and always was sweet to me, even though we only met a few times and shared Christmas and Easter greetings. She loved my kids from afar as was her nature. My prayers to the family. Evelyn will always be fondly remembered by me. May the Lord bless and keep her spirit. Cathleen Scura March 15, 2017

Mrs. Humbert remains a special friend to me. We had many wonderful moments talking and enjoying Harvey's Bristol Creme Sherry in the sunroom. There are so many fond remembrances that I have, especially her little giggle and her sense of humor. A favorite comment that I remember was "Now George" for George Sr. and for George Jr. she would always say, "Now Georgie." She loved her family to the moon and back, and she was proud of having been a nurse. We would enjoy sharing our nursing adventures which were much alike even though decades apart. I will always remember her, especially on September 15th.
