Obituary of Irene L. Gossin

Died June 20, 2016 at age 97, in the beautiful home she and her husband created together sixty-two years ago, as was her wish. Irene was predeceased by her husband of 68 years, Alex J. Gossin; parents Peter and Emma Lound, as well as her five siblings, Frank, Roy, Esther, Alice, and Neil. Irene leaves behind her children, daughter Andrea Tarquinio and son, Peter Gossin; her devoted grandsons, Alex and Christopher Tarquinio, and grandchildren Peter C., Thomas, and Jamie Gossin. Interment will be private; a memorial service will be held at a later date. When asked what she would like as an epitaph, Irene said: "I guess I would say I have been blessed".
