Obituary of Patrick W. Callery, Sr.

Patrick W. Callery, Sr. "Papa Pat" Passed away peacefully into God's loving arms with his family by his side on September 17, 2016 at age 75. He was predeceased by his parents, Patrick Joseph & Elizabeth Callery; infant daughter, Ann Elizabeth; sister, Maureen Kohlmeier; sister-in-law, Anna Andrews; niece, Andrea Andrews; brothers-in-law, John Wesolowski & Alan Kaspar. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Harriet (Andrews) Callery; devoted sons, Patrick (Amy) Callery & Michael (Alicia) Callery; adored grandchildren, Patrick, Joseph, & Thomas, Olivia, Samantha & Jack; sisters, Mary Ann (Allen) Krause, Kathy Wesolowski & Margaret Kaspar; sister-in-law, Leora (Joseph) Mollo; brother-in-law, Eugene Kohlmeier; many nieces, nephews and friends. Pat was a proud Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co., a long-time school bus driver with both the Rochester City Schools and West Irondequoit Schools. He will be remembered for his kind heart, warm smile and infectious laugh, his love of God & Country but most of all his love for his family. Family and friends are invited to call on THURSDAY, September 22nd from 4-8 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 3325 Winton Road South. Pat's Mass of Christian Burial will be held on FRIDAY, September 23rd at 9:30 AM in Saint Kateri Parish at St. Margaret Mary Church, 401 Rogers Parkway. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Golisano Children's Hospital.
