Dr. Clark was there for me both professionally and as a friend through the darkest part of my life. He tried very hard to both help and validate me. I will miss his wisdom and his humor. He very often spoke fondly of his wife, his children, and his dogs, and how important they were to his own happiness. I miss him dearly. He was, and is, a man to look up to.

Jim, you always called it like you saw it and did so without fear. You have been an inspiration. I believe you are now at peace and free of pain. May your family be healed and find the ways in which to cope with, and, accept this loss.I believe the world is a better place simply because you wre here. God bless you and your loved ones.

May peace be with you Victoria, Michael Patrick and Richard Andrew. Jim was a great man, a skilled clinician, and a great friend, who spoke of you guys often and lovingly.
I was and always will be proud to have called him my friend. He was indeed a friend of the highest caliber, an esteemed psychologist colleague and a trusted confidant. An enthusiastic and long term member of our "Bills Group", I will miss his friendship, his wisdom and his always level-headed, no-nonsense approach to life.
I will fondly remember his kindness - ever generous with his support, his scotch and his commentary. He surely loved life - most assuredly his family, his profession and his friends. He made the world a better place. . .

Dr Clark spoke of you often, Victoria. He expressed great joy in buying you the jewelry you liked, and visiting little shops with you. He always smiled when speaking about his sons and his late nights with his dogs at his feet. Our life has not been the same without his wise and practical advice. He took good care of us and we will always remember him with respect, smiles and gratitude.

I have known Jim for about 20 years (one of da bills guys). I'm glad I was able to know him. We had some fun over the years at the Bills games and Super Bowl parties. He would give us updates each year of his family and he was ALWAYS SO PROUD of his boys. I will remember him as a good person who cared about others and was good with speaking his mind (that's a good thing).

I was terribly saddened to learn of your beloved Jim's death. He was a trusted and much-admired colleague for many years. I will always treasure the collaborations we had when working with complicated families. He truly was a treasure, as a psychologist and as a wonderful person. Please know that my thoughts are with you at this saddest time.
Sincerely, Sandra J. Eller, Ph.D.,

Jim was my colleague in private practice, my cohort in Genesee Valley Psychological Association affairs, my co-conspirator in many years of tailgating parties to Buffalo Bills games and -always - my good friend. You will be sorely missed by all who knew you, Jim; rest in peace.

Victoria and all, I am so sorry to hear that James has left us, It was my privilege to serve with him in various functions in the Genesee Valley Psychological Association and New York State Psychological Association, where he demonstrated many qualities that I am sure were evident in other spheres of his life: He was cordial, knowledgable, wise, passionate about issues, and spoke in down-to-earth, no-nonsense terms. My deepest sympathy and condolences to you.
