Passed away on September 24, 2016 at age 94. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence; sister, Christina Angie; beloved brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law. She is survived by her children, Gary (JoAnn) Ward, Robert (Kimberle) Ward, Donna (Thomas) Barnes; grandchildren, Timothy (Meg) Ward, Jennifer (Brian) Quinn, Lindsay (Keith) Hammond, Matthew Vahue, Morghan (Christian) Golofaro; great-grandchildren, Evan Ward, Abigail Ward; sisters, Rita (Sylvester) Stein and Cecelia Mascara; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Doris will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother; her selflessness, outgoing personality and timeless nature will be treasured in the memories of her family and friends. She sustained her zest for life until her passing.
Family and friends are invited to call on WEDNESDAY, September 28th from 4-7 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 3325 Winton Road South. Doris' Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Marianne Cope Parish at St. Joseph's Church, 6105 Rush-Lima Road on THURSDAY, September 29th at 10 AM. Interment, Pine Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made Camp Good Days and Special Times or the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm
