Obituary of Thelma M. Harper

October 6, 2016. Survived by her husband of 51 years Richard L.; son, Lawrence (Jacqueline); daughter, Rhonda Harper; grandchildren, Brooke and Eric; brother, Herman (Doris) Carroll; sisters in-law, Audrey Carroll, Mary Carroll, Ernestine Keaton, Yvonne Mars; brother in-law, James Green and many extended relatives and friends. She received her BA from Nazareth College and her Masters from Syracuse University. She retired from the Rochester Psychiatric Center after 32 years. SATURDAY Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM St. Marianne Cope Parish at Guardian Angels, 2061 East Henrietta Rd. Interment Private.
