October 28, 2016. Predeceased by his wife Helen. Survived by his children, Elizabeth (Gary) Mandak, Nancy L. Alderman, Thomas G. Valenta, Michael T. Valenta; grandchildren, Bradley Mandak, Melissa Mandak, Allison Mitchell; great grandchildren, Jacob Mitchell, Ashley Mitchell, Brody Mandak; brothers, David, Jerome, Anthony; sisters, Lillian Valenta, Dolores Cassin, Maryann Hranek, Christine (Fred) Sams and Rosemarie Foytlin; sister in-law, Terry Valenta and many nieces and nephews. Tom was a Navy Veteran of WWII. Friends and family may call TUESDAY 9-10 AM at St. Anne's Church, 1600 Mt. Hope Avenue, where his Funeral Mass will follow at 10 AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
