Linda & Rick, I'm so sorry for your loss. I don't need to tell you how much I loved your mother and miss her. She was an amazing woman! I so enjoyed our conversations everyday. They were always interesting and a learning experience:) It was truly an honor knowing her and a privilege to care for her. She will forever be in my heart...I will never forget this remarkable woman and how she touched not only my heart but my life.

Lost my-MOM-in Law;Friday;10/28/16. Mom was a nurse for over 50 years,and touched many lives as a nurse and a Mother, Wife< and grandmother and Great grandma. Not only will she be missed for her persona (loving but "tell it as it is") we will specially miss her home made chocolate chip cookies and "my favorite" her homemade potato salad.She especially loved her humming birds, her family and grandchildren, great grandchildren and her beloved kitty Rosie and Our doodle Sallie Rose. Neither pet never went wanting for treats. (Nor us for cookies or treats. We (Linda and I were blessed with having Mom live with us for the last 13 years. We added an addition to our house and we tried to make her stay with us as comfortable as possible( just keep them cookies coming Mom!) We often joked "she lived in the new house. while we lived in the "old house" "While Mom lived in the new house, Mom really enjoyed her porch overlooking the lake and the visits from family and friends. She will be missed by many but always in our hearts.There will be a small private service family; with a memorial service in the spring so that all who wish to honor and remember Mom will be able to.
