Our sincere condolences to Jane, Sarah and Bill and their extended families. My earliest memories of my cousin Bill was when he with my Uncle Paul and Aunt Mary would visit us in Ogdensburg NY in the early 1940's. We didn't see much of each other or our families over the years since my career in the Army kept us on the move around the world. I do remember stopping by Rochester on a reassignment when all of our children were younger and Bill and Jane visiting us at Ft Bragg, NC and after I retired at our home in Springfield, VA. Sharon and I pray that your fond memories of your husband and father comfort you in this time of sorrow. Phil & Sharon
